Barossa Brownies with Walnuts

There's nothing more decadently simple than a brownie and these Barossa Brownies are sure to be a hit with big and small kids alike!
  • 125 gm melted butter

  • 200gm 70 % cocoa chocolate

  • 2 eggs

  • 60 gram sour cream

  • 50 ml veg oil

  • 5gm vanilla essence

  • 250 gm castor sugar

  • 250gm plain flour

  • 5 gm baking powder

  • 2 gm murray salt

  • 100gm walnuts rightly roamed and chopped


Melt the butter and the chocolate together. Beat the eggs and add the vanilla. Add the vegetable oil, sour cream to the eggs and whisk together – add to the chocolate. Add the dry ingredients. Mix well and place in oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
