Traditionally used as a travelling feast for hunters, the Cacciatore is a fully fermented traditional Salami made with 100% female South Australian Pork. Mild is flavoured with Fennel and Pepper , and Spicey with Chilli. These simple Salamis get their unique characteristics from the extended aging process and mould development from the outside skin.

    Delivery Windows: Shipments are despatched every Tuesday to arrive in Victoria by Wednesday, Sydney by Thursday - Friday and South Australia Wednesday - Friday.
